the year of 1.926 when doña Cecilia Payán de Domínguez
began what is today the company Cecilia Payán de Domínguez é
Hijos & Cia. Ltda. that it supports the mark Dulces del Valle.
The company was born for the traditional habit of elaborating in homemade
form the white dish and the preserves that exchanged the families in the Christmas
parties.
These products had from their beginning an excellent one welcomed by the consumers
due to the secrets, every improved time, of doña Cecilia and the active
consultantship of their daughters Stella and Dilia Aristizabal, this last
as manager of the nascent company.
The firewood you change for burners in 1950, the typical vessel was replaced
by the pothole in 1960, the burners in turn were replaced by the boiler in
1961, allowing to control the temperature and pressure in the potholes, in
1990 this boiler is changed by another of more capacity.
Dulces del Valle has had as main characteristic the presentation to the public
of those typical packings or Colombian folclór, like they are the the
typical vessel or maté and the wooden boxes, also this using other
packings as the cardboard, the plastic in their different forms and the glass
flask for the line of preserves.
At the end of the years 90 the company one has come preparing for the current
moments of opening of markets and internationalization of the economy, with
technology of advanced as they are boilers, you centrifuge, potholes, packers'
teams, in turn it has achieved the systematizing of the administrative and
commercial area.
The company has an experience exporter to United States through international
companys and a distributor in Miami.
